Who Am I?

Who am I? What am I?

And, what do I claim?

A poet of sorts, an artist

of neither fortune nor fame.

After seeing a program about the

renown collections contained at

the Louvre in Paris, my talent

and works are minimal, I must

say. Comparatively, I consider

myself one short step ahead

of those who, for all it’s worth, have

accomplished absolutely nothing.

That being said, with this razor

sharp introspection in mind,

I am merely inclined to whittling

my sometimes inflated ego

down to size. No worries, my

friends, I find it far easier to

appreciate my humbled insigni-

ficance that way. Granted, it

would be far easier for me to

watch fewer programs on TV.
