Profession of Faith

Some profess and claim Salvation

is on its way; some believe hellfire

and eternal damnation. The Earth

and the Cosmos hold the sacrament

of secrets, my brothers and sisters.

Revelatory signs are everywhere, and

still few are listening. Some place their

faith on The Second Coming and stand

in line waiting for The Rapture.

Robert Frost proclaimed:

"Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I’ve tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice."

Choose the religious, scientific

or poetic versions if you will. In

any case, It is my belief that we

humans have managed to make

a hell of a mess out of life here

on Earth once again.
