I’ve been giving this some

serious thought—I am now

of an advanced age when

there are certain things to

be considered.

Ashes for instance, rather

than having my remains

buried as I was when I

passed, I choose cremation.

While conservation of space

is one thoughtful consider-

ation, I figure my ashes will

last without much more

deterioration than my car-

cass would as a whole.

In life, one goes through

so many physical transfor-

mations anyway. Ashes

will remain ashes for a

far greater period of time.

Besides, I’ll get where I

was inevitably meant to

go a hell of a lot quicker.

It’s a more practical

measure of economics,

I suppose.
