Fermented by time,
a fine full-bodied wine.
You and I pretty much
the same, classic one
might say, although
much of the full-bodied
quality has faded away.
Notice the vinegary
bouquet, a bit hard
to swallow at our age,
you and I, wouldn’t
you say? None-the-less,
regarded fine and sublime,
palatable back in the day.
